Our goal with Realty ONE Group Music City will be to continue to weigh heavily on the side of the scale that shows the consumer the true value of the real estate professional. I've enjoyed the privilege of assisting home buyers and sellers for over 40 years now. After being involved in over 4,000 transactions personally, I feel I bring to the table a level of experience and expertise on the topic that few local Brokers can match. I have also personally written over 100 published real estate articles for the Tennessean answering local home owner’s questions in an effort to better educate the local consumer regarding their home buying and/or selling experience.Why does Realty ONE Group Music City do what we do? Because each of us love serving our clients during one of the most exciting yet potentially challenging times of their lives, buying and/or selling their personal home. My hope is that we will get to serve you or someone you know very soon and have the opportunity to demonstrate why our collective commitment is to become the most passionately referred real estate team in all of middle Tennessee!

Connie Mohr

Connie has been in real estate since 2013. Prior to that she worked for 14 years in a finance/collections department for a medical bill audit fortune 500 company helping to put nearly $100000000 back into patient pockets annually. Then 18 years prior to that in the food & beverage hospitality industry serving the NFL & PGA for many years. Being a people pleaser and having a servant's heart made the move to real estate a perfect fit.
Currently working side by side with her husband Monte whose the face & "STAR" of the company name Connie has helped to take the company to new heights behind the scenes from a technology & training standpoint.

Chrissy Amundson
Director of development
Chrissy began her career in the real estate industry in 2008, in Las Vegas, NV with experience including maintenance, property management, and contract coordination, and since 2013, specializes in residential sales. She is a certified Military Relocation Professional, Resort and Second Home Property Specialist, and an ePRO Digital Marketing Specialist. She specializes in home sales in Florida & Nevada, but has found a true calling here in Nashville as well with her home at Realty ONE Group Music City since 2019!
Chrissy utilizes her varied and extensive experience to assist our professionals with systems, marketing, & training. Chrissy oversees social media, marketing, events, and charitable initiatives, and is our COOLTURE ambassador!
In her personal life, she enjoys exploring outdoors on hikes and trails, curling up with a good book, enjoying a cup of coffee or tea, spending time at the beach and on the water, and strolling downtown shops and restaurants, and spending time with her husband, Quentin. She is an avid dog-lover, enjoys traveling, photography, and graphic design.

Originally from Northwest Ohio, I fell in love with Nashville 8 years ago and am so thankful to be setting roots in this city. I have a background in Social Work which has fine-tuned my ability to multitask and get work done under pressure. I am passionate about supporting others and fine tuning processes to help create an unstoppable team. I love being a part of Realty One Group Music City and I'm honored to work with such an amazing group of professionals. I am always looking for ways to improve and challenge myself and I strive to make an impact in all I do.

I am the Operations Manager at the Realty One Group Nashville office. I have been with ROGMC for 2 years and I am so grateful to be part of such a supportive and dynamic team. I moved to the Nashville area a few years ago from Orange County, CA where I am originally from. I have also lived in Arizona and Nevada and was a Realtor and Property Manager in both states. It is fulfilling for me to see how our agents grow, thrive and succeed here.
I have 3 sons and 2 daughters. My youngest son is a Navy Junior Officer and my daughters are in nursing. I enjoy spending my free time with my grandson and outdoor adventures with my 2 dogs.
Shawna Tischler

Shawna is originally from Orange County, CA where she started in the real estate industry in 2006. Since then, she has worked up an extensive amount of knowledge within the real estate industry as a loan processing assistant, Real Estate Owned property management, Real Estate Office Manager, and a Title Assistant. Shawna made her move here to Mount Juliet, TN in 2021 where she was blessed with a ONE-of-a-kind opportunity to continue in her real estate career with Realty One Group Music City. She is eager to use her knowledge to assist the office and their realtors to succeed to their fullest potential and to become “UNSTOPPABLE”! When Shawna is not in the office, she is hiking, paddleboarding, and working out with her 3 sons and 2 Double Doodles.
