Daniel Collins is the co-owner and CEO of 3 Realty ONE Group franchises in AZ and TN; including Realty ONE Group Music City in Franklin, Tennessee. Licensed for nearly 20 years, Daniel is a top selling real estate agent and team leader. We launched with Realty ONE Group 2014 with just a small team of 5 and two offices and now we have expanded the Realty ONE Group brand to multiple regions. It all began with the idea to help agents achieve MORE, earn MORE, and get MORE with ZERO Compromise. We believe the agents are the brand and we truly are there to support them so that they may achieve more by creating a solid environment where success is 100% achievable. As Branch Manager for Realty ONE Group Music City, I’m passionate about creating an environment where agents feel supported, empowered, and equipped to grow thriving, sustainable businesses. With a background in leadership, education, and real estate, I bring a people-first approach to mentorship and management.
Before real estate, I spent over a decade managing preschools and working closely with families — a role that taught me the importance of clear communication, trust, and community. In 2014, I married my best friend in Beverly Hills, CA, and together we’ve built a beautiful, busy life raising four amazing children. Our family relocated to Tennessee in 2022, and I’ve proudly continued my work as a bi-coastal Realtor® serving clients in both Tennessee and California.
Now, as Branch Manager, I’m committed to helping agents reach their personal and professional goals while maintaining a positive, collaborative office coolture. I believe in leading with energy, integrity, and heart — and I’m excited for all that’s ahead for our brokerage!

Originally from Northwest Ohio, I fell in love with Nashville 8 years ago and am so thankful to be setting roots in this city. I have a background in Social Work which has fine-tuned my ability to multitask and get work done under pressure. I am passionate about supporting others and fine tuning processes to help create an unstoppable team. I love being a part of Realty One Group Music City and I'm honored to work with such an amazing group of professionals. I am always looking for ways to improve and challenge myself and I strive to make an impact in all I do.
Shawna Valenica

Shawna is originally from Orange County, CA where she started in the real estate industry in 2006. Since then, she has worked up an extensive amount of knowledge within the real estate industry as a loan processing assistant, Real Estate Owned property management, Real Estate Office Manager, and a Title Assistant. Shawna made her move here to Mount Juliet, TN in 2021 where she was blessed with a ONE-of-a-kind opportunity to continue in her real estate career with Realty One Group Music City. She is eager to use her knowledge to assist the office and their realtors to succeed to their fullest potential and to become “UNSTOPPABLE”! When Shawna is not in the office, she is hiking, paddleboarding, and working out with her 3 sons and her rescue Milo.
